I'm an Engineering Manager and full-stack engineer who went from intern to EM in about three years. Today I lead teams at Restronaut.ai, owning architecture, delivery, and people growth while staying hands-on with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

Outside of work I'm a community person. As a GitHub Campus Expert I organized and mentored hackathons and field days across Nepal and Malaysia. Off the clock: movies, new music, and pointless-but-fun challenges, like memorizing 100 digits of π. ∎

    Lead Software Engineer at reAlpha, the parent company of Naamche, leading multiple teams across Loan Officer Agent, Turnit, and internal AI-powered platforms. Responsible for driving architecture, development, and delivery while ensuring scalability, code quality, and alignment with business goals. Mentoring engineers, coordinating across teams, and contributing to core backend, frontend, and AI features using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS.

    Technical Lead (Volunteer)

    Srinivasam Foundation · Remote (Jersey City, NJ, USA)

    Led the technical direction of SriNivasam (srinivasam.org), a non-profit platform connecting donors, volunteers, and orphanages to support underprivileged children in India and Nepal. Designed and architected the entire two-sided donation marketplace, enabling orphanages to register, share their needs, and receive support through Zeffy-integrated monetary and resource donations. Oversaw the end-to-end design, development, and deployment process to ensure transparency, scalability, and simplicity for volunteers. The platform empowers individuals to donate, volunteer, and contribute their time and skills to improve the lives of children without families. Tech stack: Next.js, Supabase, Zeffy integration, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, render, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

    Taught C programming to undergraduate students: theory and hands-on lab sessions. Introduced Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development, and mentored students on coding, debugging, and project workflows.

    Leading multiple projects including Turnit, SriNivasam, and internal AI-powered tools at Naamche. Overseeing architecture, development, and team coordination while mentoring interns and junior engineers.

    Team lead for the Turnit project (7 members), overseeing development and product strategy. Led the Turnit Vendor App, Manager App, and Manager Web App, and built Landrum, an AI assistant that answers queries, generates analytical charts, and surfaces data-driven insights for managers. Also team lead and key contributor to RolePlay Realty, an AI-powered simulation platform for first-time homebuyers born from an internal hackathon.

    Developed and optimized client-side and server-side architectures for Turnit, the flagship product used by Crawford Hoying. Led key implementations including Firebase authentication, GitHub Actions for OTA updates, and Stripe payments, resolving 99% of QA-reported bugs across the Manager and Vendor apps.

    As a GitHub Campus Expert I have mentored, supported, and advised 15+ hackathons and workshops across Nepal and Malaysia, and continue contributing to tech communities.

The right people bend your path more than any plan does; this timeline is me falling around some very heavy mentors.
